Payment methods are available with Credit Card, PayPal, and TransferWise.
You can choose either PayPal, credit card, or TransferWise via manual transfer.
The card information will be safely concealed from the shop.
●General shipping information
International shipping cost is calculated by the total weight of the parcel(s) and by the destination.
Domestic shipment is calculated by the size of the parcel.
Unless otherwise specified by customers, shipment is made by Japan Post and it takes approx. 4 days -2 week(s), or a month, depending on shipping services, destination and the local delivery system on the receiving end. Please refer to the below links for reference.

Service availability by country (Updates)
Due to the covid-19 situation, some services by Japan Post are under resumption and temporary suspension of acceptance, and delivery delays of mail items destined to various countries/territories. We however could still use International e-Packet, International Parcel, EMS, and Sea mail by Japan Post, and other courier services to certain countries. We appreciate your understanding, and in some cases we can discuss the shipping options.

Prepare Ahead Of Time (Sep. 29th, 2020)
We would like to encourage you to prepare ahead and give ample time for the shipment. Due to the Covid-19 worldwide, there are less fights for transporting goods. We use the Japan Post as it is reliable in the reasonable cost.
Presently we have 3 options for shipping ways by Japan Post: for most of the European countries, EMS the quickest service, ePacket (for less than 2 kg) and Air Parcel, or Sea Mail are available and only Sea Mail is available for the United States.
Unfortunately, SAL (including e-Pakect Light) is not available worldwide for the time being.
Please understand that any of these can be delayed, and if you wish for quicker services, please let us know as there are other courier services available. For more details by Japan Post on any particular countries, please check the information at
