Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using our "Service" operated by Office Harvest and its WanoKaze brand ("us", "we", or "our").
Please note that our terms and conditions for the supply of Goods and services shall prevail and govern the supply and/or services performed under this order.
1. Payment
Advance payment by Wise, Bank Transfer (T/T), credit card, or PayPal.
2. Lead-time
Generally, it takes approx. 3-7 workdays for the items ready to be shipped, and for those found not in stock would take 1-2 months for production. Kindly know that most of the items are stocked at the papermakers. We will promptly notify the buyers in event we find some are out of stock and may offer alternatives. The buyer may change or cancel part/all the order and the paid amount will be reimbursed accordingly. Limited Editions are subject to being unsold.
3. Delivery of Goods
Unless otherwise specified by customers, shipment is made by air courier (Japan Post). The customer may choose either standard (approx. 2 weeks) or priority shipment (approx. 4 days), which might vary depending on destination and the local delivery system on receiving end.
Order Cancellation of Goods
-Before receiving item(s) If you wish to cancel an order for WanoKaze brand items with Office Harvest, you must immediately contact us via email to info@officeharvest.com or by fax to +81(42)985-0084. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee reversal of an order that is already in transit.
-After receiving item(s) If you wish to return after receiving the items, you must contact us via email to info@officeharvest.com or by fax to +81(42)985-0084 within 7 days after receiving the item(s). The shipment fee for returning must be paid by the sender, and the item(s) must be undamaged nor used. It will be refunded upon checking the item(s) received back to the store.
Import Duties and tax
Prices of all our products sent outside of Japan are exclusive of local import duties, tax, value added tax (VAT), consumption tax and/or other local tax in the country of the buyer. All of those taxes are the responsibility of the receiver of the product, and Office Harvest is not responsible for those local taxes in the country of the buyer. Import tax may occur depending on your country’s import regulation. These taxations are strictly determined by your country and the shipping couriers used and are in NO WAY affiliated with Office Harvest.
Waiver / Security
Office Harvest will do its best to ship the products to you at reasonably cheap cost, by reliable carrier, at fastest. However, Office Harvest, under any circumstances, is not responsible for any delay, cost, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity what so ever, which may occur due to the delay.
4. Visiting Washi Art Programs
Booking your program and payment details
Where we have already confirmed the availability of your chosen arrangements and you book within any applicable time limit for doing so, your booking will be treated as firm and a contract between us will come into existence as soon as we receive your deposit or full payment. Please check your invoice carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the invoice or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete.
For 1 to 4 visitors, we offer and encourage an instalment plan with 30% of the trip payment made by a minimum of 1 week prior to the arrival. In any case the full balance must be received by us by 3 days prior to the arrival.
For a group of 5 and more, we offer and encourage an instalment plan with 50% of the trip payment made by a minimum of 1 months prior to departure. In any case the full balance must be received by us by 2 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made within 2 weeks require immediate full payment for a group of 5 and more.
If, for any reason, the balance (including any surcharge where applicable) is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you. If we do not cancel straight away because you have promised to make payment, you must pay the cancellation charges shown below depending on the date we reasonably treat your booking as cancelled.
